Inspector Pat Walsh spoke to our club on Wednesday, April 2, 2008.

Pat spoke of the priorities the force has established for law enforcement in Mission. His emphasis was on the effect of drug use on the incidence of most criminal activity. He stated that we have a drug problem overall, not a crime problem.
